The HELM Cup was played on Sunday 22nd May at Shandon Park Golf Club.  Eight teams participated.

The overall winner was Spa, the team comprising, Tom Young, Ken Hammond, Hugh Burns, Ann Burns, John McBride, Joyce Hughes, Bernie McCullagh, Olive Cooke, Caroline Parsons, Doris Morrow, Paul McCallister & Kieran McCallister.

The best Senior Team was Brunswick, comprising Derek Hanna, Maureen Murray, Ed Andrew & Bill Scott
The best Inter A Team was Spa, comprising Joyce Hughes, John McBride, Bernie McCullagh & Olive Cooke
The best Inter B Team was Maghera, comprising James McAllister, Kathleen McAllister, Briege McCready & Betty Woods

A very pleasant day was had by all in pleasant surroundings.
